Join our team as a: Bilingual Banking Support (Axos)
What are we looking for?
- Languages: Advanced or native English (bilingual with no marked accent).
- Experience: Previous experience in call centers is preferred, specifically in sales or collections due to the commercial focus of the role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn technological tools, systems, and applications.
- Multitasking: Proficiency in handling up to 5 systems simultaneously.
What do we expect from you?
- Customer Support: Provide support, clarifications, and customer service related to bank accounts.
- Inbound Management: Handle approximately 60 inbound calls per day.
- Sales Focus: Offer additional products (pre-approved credits, mortgages, etc.) to customers at the end of each call.
- Agility: Efficiently navigate through multiple software applications while maintaining high service standards.

- Location: Tijuana, Baja California.
Selection Process
If you meet the requirements, our process includes:
- Initial Filter: TA interview and skills testing (English, typing speed, and psychometric).
- Operations Interview: Final interview with the Area Manager and Supervisors.
