What are we looking for?

• Languages: Advanced or native English (bilingual).
• Education: Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience specialized in the required skillset.
• Technical Mastery: Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with C#.net, Angular, and Outsystems.
• Architecture & Design: Proven ability to architect new software products, define platforms, and select development tools.

• Team Leadership: Manage a software development team, oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high code quality.
• Technical Direction: Provide technology direction for software development strategies and plans, including guidance on AI guiding principles.
• Full-Cycle Development: Design and define complicated software products and modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Innovation: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and architect solutions that meet high service standards.
